- The Audit Log covers role changes, bank and employment changes, exports and the reads of sensitive data such as payroll and payslips, and it is limited to roles that hold audit_logs.view.
- Employees can ask for a copy of their data or for its erasure; HR answers within 30 days from one queue.
- Retention policies run weekly; anonymization redacts history, deletes documents and receipts and removes CV and photo files.
